LeCarrousel did the catering for our wedding in summer 2022 with 40 guests at Haus Anna Elbe in Hamburg. From the very first contact, founder Fabian infected us with his passion for timeless haute cuisine and high-quality, fresh ingredients. He actively contributed to the concept for the day and provided many valuable ideas. Be it the contact with Ute Reimer's florists, who brought summer into the hall with their floral splendor, or the lovingly designed table decorations. Even spontaneously closed roads on the day of the celebration did not upset the team, because they had worked out a plan B in advance, which then came into effect without us as the bridal couple even knowing about it. I wish everyone had such a reliable, strong partner for special events. The chefs and the team exceeded our high expectations on the big day. Anyone who has experienced the team's work knows that there is no reason to 'present' good food in these unspeakable stainless steel warmers. You eat with your eyes. And all our guests had water in their eyes! They were moved by the lovingly presented and prepared food and still rave about the quality and the varied and distinctive flavor compositions. It's a shame that you only get married once. 😊

Absolutely outstanding! We received a voucher for a dinner from LeCarrousel at our home for our wedding. A 4-course menu with wine accompaniment. Our expectations were more than exceeded!!! The menu was excellent, we were able to choose what we preferred beforehand and all our wishes were fulfilled. The wine was exquisite and delicious and was a perfect match. Fabian and his team offer great service, are highly competent and very pleasant. My kitchen was cleaner afterwards than before :) I would definitely recommend it and the price is absolutely reasonable.

We requested Le Carrousel for our 25th company anniversary. Communication was super fast and uncomplicated, and we received an initial offer very quickly. We were planning a small live cooking event in the company kitchen. Mr. Erdmann came for a short inspection and the offer was adjusted again according to our needs and wishes. Everything went really well at the anniversary. Set-up, live cooking and dismantling went without a hitch. The food was really delicious with great attention to detail.
