Exciting culinary delights & design location
Nikkei Cuisine is anything but standard: the chefs play with flavours from Japan and Peru. In the show kitchen, you can see for yourself how various dishes are freshly prepared. In keeping with Le Carrousel's philosophy, sustainability plays a major role in sourcing and processing. The cocktail compositions are also made up of classic flavours from the Far East and South America - and they work really well!

Here you can taste your way through unusual flavour compositions that bring two contrasting cuisines together on one plate. Every ingredient, every dish, every garnish has been deliberately sourced, creatively prepared and served as a real feast for the eyes.
