Catering with a green thumb

Inspired by the cuisines of the world. Realised with ingredients that we source just outside Hamburg: Even banal ingredients develop an unforgettably intense flavour when they are allowed to ripen naturally. We have tasted again and again just how significant the journey from seed to fruit really is: the sweetness of mango belongs in Mexico City. The intensely spicy green pepper belongs in a small garden in Sarajevo. And the juicy flavour explosion of German apples? That's one of the flavours you'll taste again in one of our food compositions.

Fresh from the field onto your plate

Expert gastronomic knowledge and an ingenious chef are two crucial elements of any successful catering business. And the third? Perfect coordination! Our senior project manager Daniel Lütje always keeps an eye on things and makes sure that every ingredient and every finished dish ends up in the right place and on the right plate at the right time. Even spontaneous change requests don't throw him off his stride, but only spur him on to new culinary experiences.

Excellent meat from species-appropriate husbandry for fair prices: In accordance with these strict principles, we only source animal products from transparent, regional suppliers. In this way, we can personally guarantee that neither dubious forms of husbandry nor stressful transport routes are involved in the product journey. Over the years, we have built up a network of sustainable, animal-friendly meat producers and farmers that we trust without reservation.
