Five styles - one location
Drinks in the monochromatic Black Pearl Lounge. The four-course menu is served in the African-inspired Safari Room. And for inspiring conversations, we head to Versailles - or, rather, to the event room with the same name. We are in one of the oldest parts of Hamburg: the Brandshof. A special Le Carrousel partner has set up shop in this completely restored brick building very close to HafenCity: The company Bezmarine is responsible for the interior design of cruise ships and mega yachts - and the infallible flair for stylish and unusual interior design is also evident in Bezmarine's premises.

What's special about this event location? Each room has a completely different character and is decorated in a unique style. Take your guests on a journey through different locations. Of course, the food and fine wines harmonise perfectly with the respective room design - we take care of that.
Black Pearl
At 74 m², this elegant lounge offers enough space for larger networking events and celebrations. The seating is in rich black leather. Coordinated gold and wood elements create an exceptionally elegant effect.
Safari
Lively round-table discussions, wine tastings or à la carte menus in small groups work particularly well here. The 20 m² room is dominated by soft shapes and natural materials in shades of gold and brown.
Versailles
Meetings, workshops or a festive dinner after the wedding ceremony: the Versailles room reinterprets the splendour of the monarchy with modern, understated elegance. The emphasis is on lots of white and discreet decoration. An elongated table with space for up to 10 people covers 30 square metres.
Seven Seas
Creative wallpaper in a maritime style with blue and gold, light-coloured wood and lots of light: Seven Seas is the place for explorers who still like it comfortable. An elegant table with a total of 8 seats also dominates here.
Little reverie
This room, which is only 14 m² in size, is both small and cosy. The exciting patterned wallpaper inspires imaginative journeys, while four comfortable armchairs are grouped around a round table. Perfect for private discussions or as an intimate dessert station.

Creative workshops, congresses, training courses or meetings are reinvented here. The different rooms are ideal for brainstorming sessions or working in small groups. And in the evening, the location quickly becomes an intimate private restaurant - the adjoining kitchen and the catering chefs from Le Carrousel make it possible.
Private culinary journey
Tasting South African wines in the Africa room; grilled fish or vegan sushi in Seven Seas and eclairs and crepes suzette in Versailles: how about a culinary journey of pleasure through the different themed rooms of the Brandshof? Depending on your wishes, we are happy to organise gourmet evenings for weddings, birthdays or a special romantic date.
Catering, show cooking and buffet
Live cooking with market-fresh ingredients. Build-your-own stations or buffet. Fine canapés with regional ingredients. Or a multi-course, freshly cooked gourmet menu with your favourite dishes. In the adjoining kitchen, we adapt catering options creatively and flexibly to your ideas.
